drppped off the vehicle in the morning just after start time. it was taken in shortly after broomed off and work commenced. tires i wanted were on hand thanks to Parts Dept getting them in time for the service appointment. Service Techs outstanding work getting everything done in only a couple hours. Jake notifying me when ready and even replaced the batter in the key fob as i didn't great job by everyone. at pickup the secretary/cashier very friendly and courteous

I have come in every time that the sticker on the windshield says that I should get an oil change. I asked the scheduler this time why the sticker miles is so much sooner than the car gauge that says I still have 35% life left in the oil. The girl said Oh, they like you to come in every 5000 miles for an oil change. Then when I get there yesterday and posed the same question to the service manager, he says go by the gauge in the car!!!! Well, that means that up until now I've been getting more oil changes than I need. They are expensive - so why would I want to get them sooner than needed. Subaru required them every 6000 to maintain the warrantee. So, I question if I do what the scheduler says and come in every 5000 (ie. Spend more money on the car - give more of my money to Northstar!!!!!!!!!) or go by the gauge in the car, am I still going to have a good warrantee if warrantee work is needed??????? Please call me with a definitive final answer to this question! 724-556-9859

I had a TPMS replacement done while waiting at the dealership last week. The work was completed in the time I expected; I did not wait long at all. My Equinox was into the bay and work done straightaway. The waiting room, restroom and general dealership looked good and was clean. It was nice to see the new GMC and Buick models displayed while I waited. Service desk staff were courteous, friendly. My TPMS monitors were replaced and are functioning as-expected now, days later. No problems so far. So, yes, my visit to North Star Buick GMC Zelienople has been excellent as a first-time customer.

I���m always treated as a valued customer even though I bought my Verano 10 years ago. John Shettler has been the only technician to service all my vehicles in the last ten years and with the exceptional communication between Jake my advisor and John I know my car is maintained with my safety in mind. Keith Hipkiss (service manager) whom I���ve dealt with at a previous dealership has turned North Star Service into a trusted service provider regardless of the make or model.
