Confirmed Sales Customer
My Salesperson @ the sales manager were very good. Aaron took the time to show us multiple vehicles was knowledgable and honest . They were both very friendly and easy to talk to and it was a mutual give and take on negotiating. But when picking up the car 2 days later ,that is when things changed for the worse. I turned in all my paperwork early and was told what else i needed to bring so i would be in and out of the dealership in less than an hour.(which is what i needed being as i was working and needed to get back ASAP.) However when i went to sign the final paperwork with finance, thats when i was put on a virtual meeting (sales pitch) that took way ,way too much time.Quite frankly and i told them at the time i NOW feel like a bought a piece of junk!! The pushing of the warranty"s and the time spenton these was terrible. If you have to push these so hard Your product must be bad!! I realize this is a BIG MONEY MAKER for you guys ,but i said No 50 times and after each no we went down to the next plan and so on. Again i was on a serious time constraint and actually lost money by being tied up for so long. I missed my appointment. Like i stated earlier after leaving your dealership and thinking about the time spent on the warranty issue, i just feel like i purchased a piece of SH$T. After saying no 50 times we came up with another option that i did take; truthfully so so i could get out of there and make my appointment. Your finance manager did then give me a stack of papers to sign and he did ask me if we needed to go over the itemized bill, which i did decline (and will never do again) because of my time constraints. When i had time on Wednesday to look over the bill it didn't match with my numbers. I was working from the starting point of financing$12,500 but looking at that sheet even after adding my unwanted warranty did not add up. $12500 finaced @.09% for36 months My credit union figure showed $348.00 your number was $350 and change then when adding the warranty it's tough to follow. I own 5 cars personally have a big family who would take my recomendation plud 4 additional work vehicles which could mean multiple sales for you. To push a warranty that hard when you are spending big moneyon a car just leaves a bad taste. I know you do virtual because it's tough to talk to a computer but when i said no to tv screen then plan B jumps in. I want to deal with a person sitting across from me. Again thanks to Aaron the saleman i would deal with him again but i would state this is our agreed price, i have the money now lets sign the papers and get me home. If i get the tv screen or another sales pitch, i am walking out and thank you for your time. As i have stated now 4 or 5 times i feel like i bought junk!! and as i speak on day 1 of ownership we are having an issue and my wife now has to take car back and wait. No loaner, not all issues can be planned so the loaner car for life is not neccesarily true either. Cudos to Aaron and sales manager. but after that ????
